Our Faculty's Aims and Objectives
Aim :
• To reach international norms in Agricultural Engineering education and to have high standards that can contribute to engineering science and technology.
• To facilitate lifelong learning by keeping the necessary infrastructure, laboratory and computer equipment for education and training, as well as the necessary social opportunities for students.
• Expanding scientific research opportunities of academic staff and encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship
• Directing students' undergraduate, master's and doctoral theses in line with the needs of the region and our country, and developing internship and training programs together with local and national industry.
Objectives:
• The academic structures of the departments that have not started education will be completed in the coming periods and made ready for student admission.
• Renewing existing classrooms and increasing the number of classrooms by the end of 2024 • Strengthening the laboratory infrastructure within the possibilities of our University, taking into account occupational health and safety.
• Elimination of academic staff shortage by 2023
• Starting from 2022, studies on compliance with the ZİDEK accreditation system for education, measurement and total quality practices at the faculty will be initiated.
• ERASMUS etc. Expansion of student/faculty exchange programs
