At the graduation stage, our students are required to submit the document showing that they have registered in the system as a member of the "Alumni Communication System" from their www.mis.comu.edu.tr address during the dismissal process.

The procedures to be taken by the students who will graduate at the end of the 2023-2024 Academic Year Spring Semester Final exams in order to receive their diplomas at the graduation ceremony to be held on June 28, 2024 at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Stadium are as follows.

 It is obligatory for students who have completed their internship who have been successful in the elective and compulsory courses in the department's curriculum to examine the transcript they will receive from the ubys document request section and submit a petition for the initiation of the graduation process. The graduation process will be initiated when the information of the students whose graduation is approved by the Department Chair is notified to the Dean's Office.

 Since the dismissal procedures are carried out through UBYS, if there is a library debt, it must be closed in order for the transactions to proceed smoothly.

Documents that students must submit to the Faculty Student Affairs when receiving their diplomas;

*Student ID Card
*If the Student ID Card is Missing, the page with the Newspaper loss announcement
*Document showing that he/she is registered in the system as a member of the "Alumni Communication System"
*International students who are at the graduation stage in our faculty are required to fill out and download the graduation information form digitally from the member accounts of the Turkey Alumni Portal and submit the printout to the Student Affairs of our Faculty during the graduation process.

NOTE 1: Students who will have their diploma taken by another person must give a notary power of attorney to the person who will receive it and submit their identity.

NOTE 2: Students who receive a Temporary Graduation Certificate must submit the original of the Temporary Graduation Certificate before receiving their diploma.

NOTE 3: Students who graduate at the end of the Make-up and Single Course Exams are required to do these procedures as of the date of completion of their graduation procedures by our Dean's Office.
